1. No Immigration Advice or Client Relationship

The content, materials, toolkits, and information provided on this Site are strictly for general informational and reference purposes. They do not constitute formal immigration, legal, or professional advice. Your use of this Site—including filling out our free assessment forms or contacting us via email—does not create an RCIC-client relationship or a Retainer Agreement. A formal professional relationship is only established once both parties have executed a signed written Retainer Agreement.

2. No Guarantees of Application Success

At Springwater Immigration Consulting, we pride ourselves on dedication and rigorous representation to help clients navigate their journeys. However, in strict accordance with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) Code of Professional Conduct, we do not and cannot guarantee the success or approval of any visa, permit, or permanent residency application. All final decisions rest solely with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC), or other relevant Canadian government authorities.

3. Professional Status & Verification

The founder of Springwater Immigration Consulting, Rukevwe (Rukky) Ojaruwedia, is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) with the designation RCIC-IRB · R705633, in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). Consumers and clients are encouraged to verify this professional status directly via the CICC Public Register.

4. Billing and Payment Terms

We offer convenient payment processing methods for our consultation fees and retained services:

• Stripe Payment Gateway: Credit, debit, and authorized digital payments processed through Stripe are subject to Stripe’s strict security protocols and service agreements.
• Wire Transfers: Detailed banking instructions for official wire transfers will be provided directly to clients during the invoicing process.

All financial transactions are conducted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless explicitly agreed upon otherwise in writing.

5. Consultation & Refund Policy

Fees paid for initial immigration strategy consultations are deemed earned upon completion of the meeting. Refunds for cancellations or rescheduling are subject to the specific time windows outlined during the booking process or within your signed Retainer Agreement.

6. Permitted Use & Intellectual Property

All original content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, layouts, and assessment materials, is the intellectual property of Springwater Immigration Consulting and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may view, download, or print pages for your personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Limitation of Liability

Canadian immigration laws, operational manuals, and program pathways change frequently. While we endeavor to keep the content on this Site accurate, we make no absolute warranties regarding the timeliness, completeness, or error-free nature of the information. We are not liable for any damages or negative outcomes arising from a user’s reliance on information found on this Site without direct consultation.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
