All financial transactions are conducted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless explicitly agreed upon otherwise in writing.
Fees paid for initial immigration strategy consultations are deemed earned upon completion of the meeting. Refunds for cancellations or rescheduling are subject to the specific time windows outlined during the booking process or within your signed Retainer Agreement.
